CWTSato To Go is now available for Android smartphones and iPhones, and has an Authority to Operate from GSA under the ETS2 program as of October 2015. Features may vary by device. Travelers must register with their official government email address. Automated itinerary synchronization is dependent upon agency approval, so please check
our FAQs for more information.

An important change will be introduced to our mobile app, CWTSato To Go, on Tuesday April 2, 2019, in order to comply with updated technology and security requirements. We are pleased that this new version of the app will create an easier user experience, in addition to the high security standards we expect for our travelers.
Starting April 2, all users must download the new version of the app. If you are still using the old version, you will not be able to log into it. The app can be downloaded from the App Store on iPhone or Google Play on Android.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Once you've downloaded the new version, you will be prompted to re-establish your account.
- These changes also impact CWTSato Online Itinerary, so if you are used to accessing this site, you will be prompted to re-establish your accounts via this channel.
- Your trips will still be visible in the app - there will be no need to import or forward itineraries. trips will still be visible in the app.
