This spring, CWTSatoTravel was officially recognized as a Skillbridge company. The Department of Defense SkillBridge program is a program that encourages military service members to capitalize on training and development opportunities throughout their military career so that they may grow and develop as professionals serving the nation both in uniform and after their military term as a civilian. CWTSatoTravel experienced an 80% hiring rate with our SkillBridge pilot program, and now that we are a fully recognized and participating Skillbridge Partner, we are hopeful that the unique and personal relationship we have with the US Military and the Department of Defense will only grow stronger.
We are also looking forward to partnering with Hiring our Heroes and their Military Spouse SkillBridge program as well. In being a SkillBridge partner, we will now have an increased ability to tap into the great talent pool of transitioning veterans and the US military and add them to our CWTSatoTravel family.
